Satina Sashaying Serra

Another sashaying day with the bestie of the decade, Nurserra. We set a date differ from before, quite a gigantic culturing shock for spoilt bratz like us who depends on parents to fetch us over to our destination. Instead, this is a brand new experience, adding another flavour for our bond called friendship. So our destinations, SK Padang Garong 1, Kelantan Book Fair and the hotspot KB Mall. Here is our story…

I didn’t sleep for the whole night; I just don’t have any idea why. Excited nak jumpa Ara kot. I was tortured by a fever but then for Ara everything is possible. We met at the SK Padang Garong 1, unique right? We’ve been lepaking there since early in the morning, teasing a few cute children, snapping pics with them, pampered ourselves with our favvy kuey teau and yet meeting a few teachers who seemed to be quite friendly.

Typical hobby… snap and snap!

Tak sempat nak senyum…

Apahal cam minah cacat?

OK Lah, malas nak cerita lah. Yang part ni nak cerita ikut BM so that you guys lebih faham. So tepat jam 10.00 pagi, kami bergegas ke Dewan Jubli Perak for the Book Fair lah. Langkahnya agak excited maklumlah pagi-pagi tak letih lagi kan… Dah la kami lalu ikut laluan yang jauh dan bukannya di belakang KGCC so agak cramp lah jugak kaki. Tapi takpe… a few metres that would be a lot of temptations waiting! Sabar… Akhirnya dalam lebih kurang 5 minit, kami tiba di destinasi yang dituju. Excited ni excited! Ye lah kan, usaha nak mencari novel “Interview with The Vampire” ni perlu diteruskan. Direct kami pergi ke kaunter MPH Bookstore sebab ye lah… dari zaman kami sekolah rendah, memang MPH je la yang jual novel-novel English. Godek punya godek, cari punya cari… HAMPEH betul! Stock semua yang dah lama dan discount tu cuma 10%. Sedang duk bagi arahan kat Ara “Babe, tolong caghi novel Interview with The Vampire. Beghehi bena ni!”… so tiba-tiba sorang cik kak yang duk kat tepi kitorang ni menyapa-

GADIS : “Oh! Did you find that book? I’ve been searching far and fro!”

ME : “Erm takde lagi la”…

GADIS : “I just hope that I can find it. The story must be great! There’s only a few books here you see”

ME : “Yup I can see that. Better to move the butt of to the Popular. They are offering great deals. Half price for second bestseller’s novel. Should b

e there!”

GADIS : “So true. Little choices here”

Leaving her… Bye. Biarlah dia.

So, kami agak kecewa sebab tak banyak choice kat situ. Dah la panas. Yang sempat menarik perhatianku cuma promosi setem muka sendiri. Hehe. This is my favvy. SO buat lah setem tu. Comel. Nanti sesapa terima parcel from me, terima lah setem mukaku. Haha. Tapi sempat jumpa Faraheeda dan Aisyah Syakira. Diorang pun sama boring kat situ cuma apa bleh buat, sabar je lah. Then, an idea su

ddenly popped up! Why not kita gi POPULAR? Sini and KB Mall would be a few miles je. So, Ara setuju then I called my mom. OK, mama bagi greenlight. So, bye bye Dewan Jubli Perak! KB Mall ahead!

Perjalanan!!!

Letih gilaaaaa!

It wasn’t easy! Trust me! I might take 2 minutes to be in KB Mall if you’re riding a car. The matter was that we were riding on our OWN feet! Bapak letih! Nak menambahkan lagi sentimental value, kami memakai baju kurung dan jugak heels, tambah ‘lancar’ la perjalanan. Beberapa kali jugak la kami terpeleot (terseliuh). Tapi sabar sabar… Pergh! 15 minutes journey, finally we reached our destination. Berpeluh-peluh! Ye lah, jalan kat Malaysia bukan England nak sejuk-sejuk ni. Dah la tengah demam! Memang ‘membantu’ sangat-sangat. Nasib baik lah KB Mall ni agak menyenangkan jiwa so I shopped for quite a few things (oh beli novel tau! My Sister’s Keeper, P.S. I Love You, The Time Traveler’s Wife dan jugak Handle With Care). Minum-minum kejap…

Weee!!! SUKA chocolate blog!

Before the hectic journey resume! Maaaaamaaaaa!!!

Nak lintas jalan satu hal, kereta berpusu-pusu. I’m not stating any spoils here but then to be frank, my parents especially my dad won’t allow me to cross the road, ALONE or with the unexpertee. They would pimpin my hand till we reach the destination so I tell you, how scared I was to cross the busy road with Ara, the unexpertee one. Ya Allah… penaaaaat sangat jalan kaki. Yang paling malu, before nak sampai kat depan bangunan St. John, sekali lagi saya terpeleot. Mulutku sangat cepat memberi respons so sambil memegang Ara, spontan saya menjerit kecil. Tapi, kecil-kecil pun… hal ini disaksikan oleh 3 jejaka di dalam sebuah kedai tepi Classic Furniture. Emph… kena gelak la. Benci!!!! I thought of walking in bare feet tapi Ara suruh sabar sebab dah nak sampai… SABAR… akhirnya, kami melalui KGCC dan berjaya kembali. What a tiring journey! Kaki cam lumpuh dah sorang-sorang!

So, bila nak balik tu mama tolong hantar Ara ke pejabat baba dia. So, bye darling! Reaching home, memang saya tak makan tak apa… terus terkulai layu di atas katil sampai pukul 4.00 je. TIREDDDDD!

Menumpang ler si Ara nihhh hihi

Anyhow, how tiring the journey has been, I have a wonderful time with my baby Nurserra. At least, the ordinary hard breaking shell has been broken and we have tried exactly something being rotated for about 180 degrees! Oh nak tahu… nama Nurserra tu cam modern sangat. Nama cik comel ni Nur Sarah sebenarnya.. Sengaja di-western-kan. Haha.

Salam…
